DSA-01

Variable Cross-section Spoke Design

The spokes feature a gradual cross-section that is wider at the root and narrower at the tip. The thickest section at the connection to the central hub flange withstands maximum torsional and bending loads, while the tapering towards the rim significantly cuts excess material in non-critical load-bearing areas. Additionally, curved grooves are machined into the spoke sides to further reduce weight while enhancing fatigue resistance.

Deep-dish Lightweight Rim

The rim adopts a drop-center design with stepped weight reduction treatment on the inner side. The rim edge retains sufficient thickness to ensure air tightness and impact resistance, while the inner non-load-bearing area is substantially thinned, achieving lightweight performance without compromising strength.

Double Sided Arm-01

5-spoke Radial Main StructureThis is the gold standard design for sport motorcycle wheels, delivering the optimal balance between strength and lightweight performance. It offers 40% higher torsional strength than 3-spoke designs and reduces material redundancy by 25% compared to 7-spoke designs. The five spokes evenly distribute impact forces generated during acceleration, braking and cornering, achieving the highest structural efficiency with the least amount of material.
