At WILDOUT Racing, we are committed to providing exceptional customer support and high-quality forged wheels. If you experience any issue with your wheels, please contact us immediately so our team can review the situation and provide the best possible solution. We value every customer and strive to ensure complete satisfaction and ongoing support.
WILDOUT Racing guarantees the quality of its forged wheels and their compatibility with the vehicle specifications provided and confirmed at the time of order.
Under proper use, installation, and maintenance, our wheels are warranted to maintain their structural integrity, functional performance, and technical characteristics. The wheels shall be free from manufacturing defects, including cracks, material defects, or partial or complete structural failure caused by defects in materials or workmanship.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our warranty includes:
• Guaranteed fitment according to the confirmed vehicle specifications;
• Proper wheel roundness and balance;
• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal road use;
• Structural defects, including cracks, breaks, or structural failure resulting from a confirmed manufacturing defect.
If a wheel is determined by WILDOUT Racing to have a manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion, repair, refinish, or replace the affected wheel.
Custom-made forged wheels are non-refundable.
2. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, photo and/or video evidence of the defect or damage is required.
Shipping-related damage is handled separately through the shipping carrier and must be reported immediately upon delivery. If the wheels are damaged during transportation, the customer is responsible for filing a claim or damage report with the shipping company and providing clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged wheel(s).
All wheel sets are carefully inspected prior to shipment and packaged in protective boxes to help ensure safe delivery.

3. Warranty Exclusions
WILDOUT Racing guarantees that all wheels are delivered free from paint damage, visible coating defects, or factory finish imperfections at the time of delivery.
After delivery and installation, the warranty does not cover any defects, damage, or changes affecting paint, powder coating, clear coat, brushed finishes, polished finishes, or any other factory-applied finish.
The warranty also does not cover damage caused by:
• Accidents or collisions;
• Road hazards, potholes, curbs, or road debris;
• Racing, drifting, or off-road use;
• Overloading or misuse;
• Improper installation or improper torque procedures;
• Incorrect hardware, fasteners, spacers, or adapters;
• Drilling, boring, refinishing, or unauthorized repairs;
• Harsh chemicals, road salt, brake dust corrosion, or improper cleaning;
• Improper storage, neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
This warranty applies only to defects confirmed by WILDOUT Racing as manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from improper use, external impact, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or conditions beyond our control is not covered under this warranty.
